The Yoke of Excuse Syndrome

The Yoke of Excuse Syndrome People under this condition always have reasons why certain things cannot be done, why things cannot be achieved and should not be done. They always admit defeat even before they begin or they excuse their failure with one reason or the other. They are failure-orientated people; their mindset is more inclined to failure than success. They envisage failure even where the possibility of achieving success is huge. Those with the disease always come up with excuses like, “I’m not good enough.” “I’m too young” or “I’m too old.” “I don’t know people there who can help me.” “I’m not well-educated.” “I have this disease or this disability.” “People might think that I am…” “What if…” “But my color is…” “But we don’t have enough resources.” “Many people have tried before and failed.” “It is going to be very difficult if not impossible to...” To be a success, you have to believe in yourself, see your potential, and be able to recognize opportunities and know that there is always a way out. You must learn to see solutions, answers, success, victory, and possibilities where other people do not see them. Start to see your world and engage life differently. You have to see your end as God sees it. Inside of you lies so much potential that you do not even realize. There is nothing that the Lord will allow to come your way that you cannot handle. There is no idea that will rise in your brain that you cannot handle. If you can think or imagine it, you can do it. Yes You Can!
